Half of a capicola grinder that I picked up at one of the local pizza/grinder shops. The other half did not survive long enough to be photographed. My area is blessed with an abundance of restaurants, most of which I haven't had the wit to check out yet. In addition the the Chinese ans Italian places that I frequent there are also two Mexican restaurants, an upscale Portugese place, at least three that specialize in the cuisines of India and Southeast Asia, and an Ethiopian place that intrigues me no end. Next weekend, perhaps? I dunno. As for the grinder, it was spicy and rich, as good capicola should be, and very filling. Nice way to end the day.
